Welcome

LiveWell San Diego is a not-for-profit organization that has been serving the needs of seniors for over 30 years. The primary focus is our nutrition program with five congregate loactions and the Home Delivered Meals program throughout San Diego County. 

In addition to nutrition, LiveWell San Diego provides a supervised Adult Social Day Care program for those living with memory loss and the early stages of Alhzheimers.  Participants enjoy Music, Art Therapy and a tailored fitness program through the use of chair excersice and walks through the adjacent park grounds. 

LiveWell San Diego offers a Intergenerational Computer Lab program that enhances computer skills for the senior while the child develops life skills through learning different cultures and gaining self confidence.
