Classes at LiveWell San Diego are offered through the San Diego Community College or are intergrated with the Adult Social Daycare Program. These classes may or may not require registration. Please call our center for more information (858)483-5100. You do not have to pay for classes offered, however we ask that you become a member for only $50 a year to help support our Center and expansion of programs offerd. Benefits of membership include: access to special events, free annual subscribtions to our bi-monthly newsletter, and discounts on rental of the hall.

- Body Dynamics (Tuesday and Thursday 9:30am- 11:30am)

(Wednesday, and Friday 7am-8:45am and Monday, Wednesday, and Friday10:15 am- 11:15 am)
Computer Classes
We currently offer the use of our computer lab to members of LiveWell San Diego. We also offer differnt programs that help in firmiliarization with window programs, the internet, and fun and games. Our newest class is the Intergenerational program featuring students from Field Elementary for a rousing game of Are you smarter than a fourth grader?
